Concrete Pump Supply (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.concretepumpsupply.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding our shipping policy for products.

Currently, all items purchased on www.concretepumpsupply.com will have shipping charges associated with them. Any shipping prices shown in the checkout process are estimates and final shipping charges will be added to your ordered once it is processed and invoiced. Actual shipping charges could be lower or higher, depending on the market. Some items are available to ship ground parcel but some items must ship either LTL or FTL due to their size and weight. 

If your order must ship LTL or FTL, and we haven't shipped to the address in the order before, Concrete Pump Supply requires you fill out the Freight Questionnaire. 

You are advised to review this Shipping Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Shipping Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
